Rounding Error
It has been a while since I have posted to this blog. But first I feel that I must talk about my problem.
Hi, my name is Brad and I have a rounding problem. About a month ago I restarted my blog on physical fitness and losing weight. While I was typing the post about myself and what I currently weighed, I inadvertently typed 135 lbs instead of 235 lbs. The reason for this was due to a rounding problem, this problem is when a fat person tries to use a LAPTOP computer on their lap to post to their blog’s. My rounding problem causes me not to be able to type with my belly in the way.
WOW!! That really took a load off my mind to finally admit that I had a problem. Now I just need to get started with losing weight and increasing my exercise.
Thanks,
Brad

Let's Start Again
Well it has been roughly one year since I had originally started this blog about my weight loss. In that time I have roughly stayed the same weight. I generally fluctuate between 135 and 145 pounds.
My goal for the blog is for me to use this as a record of what I am doing and what I am not doing so that I can track my progress (or lack thereof).
Exercise
As for exercise it is pretty much a brisk 20 minute walk to and from work (1 mile each way). I generally take this at a pretty good clip so that is pretty good on the exercise front. My problem is that I have had this job since June of last year and have not lost any weight. I have finally determined that yes I am burning more calories with the walking but my food intake has gone up quite a bit and so my weight has stayed the same.
Diet
The only things at this time that I am changing is my food choices and the amount of food that I eat at any one time. Instead of stopping on the way home & getting a candy bar and bag of chips for the train I am now taking a couple of apples to eat on the way. They fill me up much better and I am definetly not consuming anywhere near the calories. Also, I just purchased a new food steamer so that my family can have more fresh vegetables instead of canned.
Well thats it for now. I will try to post pretty regularly about my food intake, exercise, and any progress that I am making.
